Personal details provided by the customer
Kibou receives and stores any data that the customer places on the site or that provides in any other way, including those communicated to the operator during a purchase via telephone channel or e-mail request. The customer has the right not to provide some data, but in this case he/she may not be able to use part of the services. The data are also used to respond to customer requests, customize and improve the online offer and communications, also through the use of profiling techniques.
Your personal details will be stored, starting from their receipt/uptade, for a period consistent with the purposes of processing in compliance with the terms prescribed by law for the type of activity and in any case until the revocation of consent or until the exercise of the right of opposition.
Rights of the interested party
As an interested party, you are entitled to obtain from the data controller confirmation that your personal details is being processed and in this case obtain access to your personal details and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal details in question;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal details have been or will be communicated, in particular if recipients of third countries or international organizations;
d) whenever possible, the retention period of the personal details provided or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
e) The existence of the right of the data subject to ask the data controller to rectify or delete personal details or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
g) if the data are not collected from the data subject, all information avaible on their origin;
h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, and the importance and expected consequences of such processing for interested.
Where applicable, it also has the rights reffered to in Articles 16-20 GDPR (right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability).
Furthermore, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of your personal details when:
• the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in connection with the excercise of official authority vested in the data controller;
• the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interst of the data controller or third parties;
• the processing is carried out for direct marketing purpose.
Finally you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation.
